21 journaling prompts for 2021

2020 has been a year, to say the least. But despite the difficulties we faced, it is important to usher in the new year with a spirit of optimism, hope, and continued dedication to self- growth. One way to uphold that spirit is through deep and consistent reflection in the form of journaling. Journaling helps with goal-setting, increases self-awareness, and bolsters gratitude for the life you have and what is yet to come. So as 2021 approaches, I encourage you to engage with these journal prompts in a way that both comforts and challenges you. I invite you to dig deep and claim a great year. It’s already yours.
